Analisis Kematangan E-Government Pada Pelayanan Publik di Kabupaten Karanganyar, Indonesia
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the maturity of e-government in Karanganyar Regency using a maturity model consisting of four main dimensions: technology, organization, environment, and economy. The method used is a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with relevant officials, and data validation was conducted using secondary sources. The results show that the maturity of e-government in Karanganyar Regency is at level 3 (defined) and moving toward level 4 (managed). However, there are several main challenges, such as the uneven distribution of ICT infrastructure, data integration, limited skilled human resources in technology, and relatively low community participation, among others. This study recommends increasing the utilization of advanced technology and strengthening community participation to achieve higher e-government maturity.
