IMPLEMENTASI METODE SCRUMBAN UNTUK PERANCANGAN ULANG SISTEM INFORMASI DAN MANAJEMEN LABORATORIUM (SIMLAB) INSTITUT TEKNOLOGI KALIMANTAN
Abstract
Sistem Informasi dan Manajemen Laboratorium (SIMLAB) merupakan solusi digitalisasi untuk mengelola kegiatan laboratorium di Institut Teknologi Kalimantan. Penelitian ini mengimplementasikan metode Scrumban sebagai pendekatan hybrid antara Scrum dan Kanban dalam perancangan ulang SIMLAB menggunakan teknologi Laravel dan React. Sistem dikembangkan dengan menerapkan design pattern Repository, Service, Observer, dan Factory untuk mengoptimalkan arsitektur aplikasi. Fitur utama yang dikembangkan meliputi modul admin, peminjaman alat laboratorium, dan pengajuan praktikum. Metodologi Scrumban dipilih untuk memberikan fleksibilitas dalam mengelola backlog sekaligus mempertahankan struktur sprint yang terorganisir. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan laboratorium dengan response time rata-rata 1.2 detik dan tingkat kepuasan pengguna mencapai 87.5%. Implementasi design pattern Repository menghasilkan kode yang lebih maintainable dengan cyclomatic complexity rata-rata 3.2.
