We are pleased to announce that the manuscript submission system has been officially reopened as of December 20, 2025. All manuscripts submitted from this date onward will be processed for publication in the 2026 issues.

Previously, the registration of new author accounts experienced temporary technical constraints. We are glad to inform prospective authors that these issues have been fully resolved. Since December 23, 2025, new authors are now able to register automatically through the journal’s online submission system without any restrictions.

We cordially invite researchers, academics, and practitioners to submit their original and high-quality manuscripts in accordance with the journal’s scope and submission guidelines. We look forward to receiving your valuable contributions and to continuing our commitment to a rigorous and transparent peer-review process.
