For authors who have already completed the publication payment process, please be assured that our editorial team is currently working to recover and restore all submission records. We are making every effort to ensure that the status of each manuscript is restored as accurately as possible, including the latest editorial correspondence and processing stage prior to the system disruption. We kindly ask for your patience while we complete this recovery process.

For authors who submitted manuscripts but had not yet completed the payment process before the system failure, we regret to inform you that some submission records could not be recovered from our available backups. In particular, submissions made after 13 February 2026 that had not proceeded to the payment stage may no longer be available in our system, as the corresponding submission IDs were not successfully preserved during the recovery process.
